Prices may be subject to change at any time and without notice. The Buyer must check the offer conditions prior to requesting a product or service. Prices quoted in Euros include VAT at 21% and are subject to change if the applicable rate of VAT changes before your order is accepted. All taxes will be according to the applicable law in force.

 

Payment 

 

Payment will be made through Visa credit card, EuroCard and Mastercard or Pay Pal.

 

Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the number of your order. Please, make sure to check that all the order details are correct. If you do not receive a confirmation email, we recommend that you check the spam folder in your email or contact us info@aggydesign.com

 

 

Shipping terms 

 

It takes from 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location. 

We currently ship only to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Germany, Spain. In case you want to order from other country is better to contact directly with us on info@aggydesign.com. We will inform you on the possibility of shipping your order and on all delivery options. All costs of import taxes and/or customs procedures are borne by the Buyer.

 

Delivery shall be made to the address indicated for this purpose during the purchase process.

 

Aggy design shall not be responsible for errors or damage caused when the delivery to the address provided by the Buyer is not the address desired by the Buyer in question.

 

The price of transport is calculated based on the shipping destination of the order and the size and weight of the product.

 

Return policy 

 

If you have received an order and you are not satisfied with any of the items, you can request a return.

 

You can exercise your right of return within 14 calendar days from the reception’s date. Picking and shipping costs related to items returned will be charged to the customer. By exception, the right of withdrawal will not apply if the items involved were manufactured according to client’s instructions or they were clearly customized or made under request.

 

To start the procedure, the product must be returned in New (unused and undamaged) condition and in the original manufacturer packaging. After reception of goods at our warehouse and checking of product conditions, we will refund the amount within a period of 30 days maximum. 

 

Request your return via email to info@aggydesign.com within 14 working days from the date you received the order from the courier company. Please let us know in this email the order number and the reason why you are returning the item.

 

Once we receive your return request, we will contact you to indicate the steps to follow in the return.
